when i take screenshot its normal

When it's normal in screenshots, that leaves multiple options.
Do you have any mods installed for post-processing effects, like SweetFX or ENB?
Do you have any video settings enforced in the video driver?
If any of those questions are answered with yes, try reverting those changes.

I was experimenting once with an older ATI 4870 X 2 GPU...the thing was a space heater when heavily processing and so I would see things like this in your OP when it got really hot...all kinds of weird graphical errors and glitches....can you tell us your GPU please and if you have updated drivers ? Cathulhu is on to something here maybe because it seems that yours only does it in specific instances perhaps...

What is the model of your graphics hardware ? Integrated graphics are part of the motherboard and graphics cards are add-it extras...just ask us what you need help with specifically if you do not understand please....
