SOLUTION!!!

I found the solution i was googling it so i came accros making antivirus skip folders as (C:\Program Files\Windows Photo Viewer etc.) so if you do that he want check for viruses in those folders you know.So here is how to do it:

1.Go to your antivirus
2. Go to setting
3.Find "exclusions" and enter (in some cases you need to go to click on "Anti virus" than find "exclusions" and click it)
4.After that select folders/files that you want antivirus to skip whan scenning for viruses
5.You are don

P.S. Dont select the game folder/game launcher etc. but select hole steam folder (steam folder and if you have separated folder for steam games)
You want to be careful when making special exclusions like that. One thing to do is never install Steam in the Program FIles folder when using Windows 7. I am not sure about 8 but I would assume it is the same. Some people just turn off their antivirus while playing ONLY in Steam but to each their own....

Looks to be a false positive:

I have just added it to my Avast Exclusions:
Avast > Statistics > Component Status > Virus Chest > Restore and add to Exclusions

Cheers
