You're NOT going to get a definite answer as we are users just like you (which is what I told you before).

Follow the steps and wait. By all means ask here about other things, but please don't keep spamming the same questions to us - there's a lot of people falling for this, and the more people commenting makes it hard for them.

You can search for other threads for step by step guides. First go to steam support, make an account and make a ticket. Then take steps to get rid of any malware on your computer and get it clean. I won't lie, I don't think your chances of restoring your items are good but these are definitely steps you should take. Hope you get it figured out man.
