G2A Game Link "Site Error" Help?

I bought Metro 2033: Last light Steam CD-Key From G2A, when I went to redeem the game "Via Link" I got a Site error "There was a problem redeeming the gift. Please try again later, or contact Steam Support for assistance." any help to the problem, The G2A assistance group hasn't replied to me but instead send one e-mail asking for screen shots of my account, can I get some help on this

You shouldn't buy from that site. It's been known to sell stolen and fraudulantly purchased gifts.

In the mean time, you'll just have to wait and hope you can redeem it.

Except that Gamestop sells legitimate keys for Steam, where as that site you are dealing with sells stolen ones that get revoked.

No one here can help you. Also, since you A) didn't buy it on Steam and B) bought from an unauthorized reseller, don't expect Support to help you either. Hint: they won't.

$8.83 that included G2A shield
I had also bought BioShock for $5.25 and it was fine

Not every game is stolen or fraudulently purchased, but enough of them are that it makes it a "crapshoot" on whether or not you can trust it.

There are plenty of legit sources for cheap games that don't rip you or other off.

And if I may, I thought there was Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light....I never heard of Metro 2033: Last LIght...
