Fallout 3 GOTY, no CD key available

A few months ago the CD key menu would hang on "retrieving key..." or something along those lines, and I decided to check again but that menu isn't even there. I read that CD keys for that game were no longer available, is this true? Is there a way to get a CD key anymore?

When I frist bought the game It was on sale and i had the same issue, steam does not keep a lot of keys for this game on hand, so just keep trying everyday and after awile they willl had a key.

The problem is that I can't even get to the the CD key window anymore, it isn't one of the options when I right click on the game. A few months ago I was able to do so, but now it's just not there at all.

Like the above poster wrote, Fallout 3 / Fallout 3 GOTY no longer use GFWL as the DRM, there's no need for the CD-key anymore.
