Strange response from SUPPORT
I wrote to Support stolen account and then they wrote back to fill in the details that I own OK I gave them the information and then waiting five days already and they just write off such a thing

"Delivery to the recipient failed Following Permanently" :

You need to go to the Support site, and reply there, you cant reply by mail

you can't reply to the email notice, you must respond in your support ticket and the support webpage.

Also, this is not real-time chat. You post, then WAIT for an answer. Don't bump your thread.

The reply you got up here
Is from your email, telling you that Steam Support did not get the message

As that Email dose not exist, or dose not accept incoming mail.. if you also open a ticket, then that needs to be ok there, but you need to reply to there reply on there site, and not in a reply of a email

Then why do they add "========= Please enter your reply ABOVE this line =========" in the emails one get from them? Steam Support is a complete mess.

The line indicates where to type when responding by email. Are we agreeing or not? I was just responding to post 6. "========= Please enter your reply ABOVE this line =========" indicates that you can respond by email, while post 6 claims you can't. Which could be true, but then the email from Support is misinforming.
