CS:GO Packet Loss and Lag
In the past two weeks I've been lag as hell.

My fps is >150. I don't have any internet problem in any other games or browsing the webs.

The ping in my k/d ratio table is about 40 sth.

But when I type net_graph 1 in console.

My packet loss is up to 25% sometime. Or 0% but my ping goes as high as 300~400 ms.

(I got few screenshots in my profile)

Does anyone know how to fix this prob?

PS. I restarted and unpluged my router many times

I would have to suggest it occurring for one of two reasons; or combo of both perhaps.

1) ISP main line issues, which just are not bad enough to effect web browsing

2) particular to the CSGO servers u are getting on, as not all will be good, even if u can get on them successfully. FPS has nothing to really do with Internet Connection. If u have poor ping or packet lose, then the overall online experience in said game will be poor, as others with better ping will usually have the jump on u.

Please close any web apps (such as Steam), launch a web browser and run PingTest.net
Run that test 3 - 5 times to get a sense of accuracy and share your results here. If this reveals packet loss or high jitter, u may need to contact ISP and have your line checked for problems.

overall my ping and connection aren't bad.
Bad 💀 Motha May 15, 2015 @ 3:42am
Any Jitter above 5-10ms is bad. Especially when Pack-Loss is occurring. As packets lost = data is being lost and not sent/received properly. And judging by your tests, u have high inconsistency all over the place. The tests should be very consistent if your ISP connection is good/stable one.

What all are u using though to connect to ISP?
Anything wireless? As that usually is a bad way to play PC Online MP games.
What ISP speed/plan?
✪ der8k May 15, 2015 @ 4:30am
Speed: 32MB/down, 16MB/up. Yes Im using a satellite dish to connect my router. But this happen from about 2 weeks ago. Before that everything is fine.

Then contact the ISP and report your issues and demand they send a tech out to diagnose your connectivity issues.

However I can just tell u right now, satellite dish isp are THE worst, period. It's about as bad of a connection as dial-up, except for the speeds when it does work.

Thanks for your help bro:)) I know but thats the only way I can get 32Mb of speed. Otherwise the plan in my place can only provide 6mb speed lol
