Steam Shopping Cart keep disappearing

hello, recently i keep getting my cart empty after i only add few games, i tried both broswer and steam program version but i can't add more than few items with cart getting self empty. is there any solution to this?

Same here. This problem has been coming and going for years (literally, years!) and now it's back again for the first time in a few months.

yes, sir i have to keep trying to buy serveral games at once, it is like depend on steam's mood swing, soemtimes the cart will keep your items for a while

Same here.... looks like is unable to keep you logged and so it goes to an empty cart page wich is the one you get when trying to buy something on web steam without login in.

I have the same exact problem. When I put games in my shopping cart and leave them for a day or two, they disappear. And it sucks because one time I put 11 games in my shopping cart and they all disappeared the next day. Then I had to try to remember what I had bought.

Steam literally just lost like $300 I was gonna spend after spending several hours searching through games and adding them to my cart. No way I'm going to find them all again, nor do I want to at this point. A lot of devs just lost sales for a pretty easily fixable bug, that appears to have been around for years now. Seems like there's no way to recover them either.

the best option was for you to click the back button until you got back to it.

I've adding games on the steam mobile app and noticed that on desktop or program version, unlike the mobile the cart Only appeared when you have at least added 1 game onto your cart, and then it just pop up right after the wishlist button, and also that everything you add on mobile steam, Does not carried to your desktop version, fml i had to re-pick those games

Note: I am sorry for necro-reply but it seems that there's people on 2017 that troubled too

I have had this problem forever. I don't remember every game I have in my cart as I have them sitting there for a while while a ruminate on my purchase. Then they vanish and I can remember some that I really wanted, but then there are others that I can't. I guess I'm going to have to start using my wishlist more and organizing potential purchases up at the top. I couldn't imagine what I'd do if the wishlist started to do this.

This just happened, I wish they would let us organize our wish lists by folders and also do what amazon does and keep track of recently carted items. not because i care about them losing money i just dont want to spend another hour hunting down all those games.
