cant change my steam pic

when i try to upload a photo that i put together in photoshop, it says missing image please try again (or somthing like that)

use microsoft paint to ecit the image to 184 pixels by 184 pixels max....notice I used pixels here as the file size and not kb or GB or MB or anything like that...I did this and saved it as a .bmp and it fixed mine.

Ignore the error messages. They are misleading

Think the file size limit is 64 KB.

On the page where you put your avatars it says 184 pixels is the max size. Unless they have changed it since I did mine...

File size is the actual size of the file itself.

Image size (or image dimensions) is how many pixels in size the image is, so 184x184 is the image size.
