OP, is there any mentioning of any licenses under https://store.steampowered.com/account/ or https://store.steampowered.com/account/store_transactions ? Any events that say 'Failed'?
Did you get the game from a friend? Did you use Family Sharing?
that's strange because the other game is still in my library AND working just fine
(i just realized that the change of the two games is missing as well and the working one is not mentioned in my profile but still in my library)
