However that does not mean the use of SteamStore has been Legit at that time. Seems you have been fished Big Time. You need to protect your Steam Account, your Bank Account and for safety you might want to protect some more accounts as well, like your Email, computer-account(s) and other accounts where you have purchased something recently.
De-authorize all other computers in Steam Settings -> Mannage Account Security. If there's such a setting on your online bank-acc. do it there as well.
Reset modem, router and WiFI.
Check your transactions via [your nick] at the right top corner in the Steam Client -> Account Details.
For your Bank- and Steam accounts you have the option to block them totally yet temporary. I'ld suggest you do that. Note, if you do, you can't play on any computer untill this is resolved.
Contact Steam Support and your bank. Do NOT order your bank to perform a charge-back YET, not before you have an OK from a person at Steam Support (at first you could get a computerized standard answer from Steam Support).
As Steam Support can take a lot of time to finaly adfress your ticket in person, maybe giving your bank permission to contact Steam Support can speed up the proces (i think that is needed, i hope Steam Support an your bank are willing to do that).
I don't know your level of proficiency with AV/AM scans but since you ask here i don't think you are experienced. Mallicious activity can be hidden from scans, thus the fact that a scan performed by yourself did not find anything is no guarantee there is nothing to be found on your computer(s). Have it (them) checked by an expert at Support/forum of your AV/AM of choise, on forum of a computermagazine or by a nearby Shop-technician (choose 1, their tools can seriously hinder each other if you go to multiple support/forums).
At the right time, they'll advise you when to reset modem router WiFi and passwords oncemore.
