Resident Evil HD Remaster Black Screen

So I Pre-Order the, download the release night, and get ready to play. start the game, fine, loads up and see the Capcom loge, good, then nothing but a black screen. waited half an hour, nothing. uninstalled and reinstalled, still nothing.

can any one help?

My problem was like this. I started the game. Nothing showed up but the black screen. I found a fix from Youtube. Go to C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\CAPCOM\Resident Evil - biohazard@HD REMASTER. You will find the Config file. Change ON to OFF for Vsync by editing the Config file. This worked for my device with Windows 10. I hope it works for you, guys.

Thanks for this! It was already off for me, so I had to try disabling full-screen. It worked!
