Unknown Error with the Gamebryo Engine
Hey, I recently downloaded Fallout New Vegas and when I try to start the game, I get an error message that says:
Error
Failed to initialize renderer.
Unknown Error creating the Gamebryo Renderer.

I meet the required specs, but I did have some mods downloaded before I finished downloading the game, so I have deleted those and am now redownloading the game. Any and all help would be appreciated.

WOW, I can't remember the fix for that. Go to the FNV discussion pages and post this same question. Talgaby or Bad Dude will have the answer for you within a short amount of time. It's a simple fix.

What are your system specs? Especially the videocard.
