How to become unblocked

This guy I meet scammed me and then blocked me on Steam. Anyone know how to reverse this block myself or get him to do it?

It is not possible.

What would you do if he unblocked you? Spamming his chat wouldn't make him un-scam you. Send a ticket to Steam Support and read trading guidelines. Any scam can be avoided by simply being cautious.

Not going to serve any purpose whatsoever. He scammed you.

The correct procedure is to report them via their profile, and move on. However, if you traded outside the system, then it's most likely fruitless, as you did so at your own risk

Well, but he doesn't want to talk to you. Just like in real life, it's a logical AND.

"lol no" is the only answer.

The "Why" is obvious. He scammed you because it was easy and he gets free items.

What do I do if I was scammed?

If you are scammed, please use the Report feature built into Steam:

Go to the profile of the offending user
Click the 'More' drop-down located at the top right of the page
Choose "Report Violation"
Select the violation (example, "Attempted Trade Scam") and hit "Submit Report"

You cannot make a user unblock you, as that would defeat the purpose of the block feature, rendering it moot.
