I CANT RETRIEVE MY WINNINGS

Please help me with my problem.. I bet at betting prediction and i put my items in Evil geniuses..
I watch the tournament and i saw how EG wins and become the first place. It said at D2L that after the event finishes i can retrived some of my lost items from betting but then after a day no items come back to me.. please help me to get my items back cause i won the prediction EG wins , i need my items back that lost in betting at D2L .. thank you

Go to the place you made a bet and complain there. This has nothing to do with Steam.

Valve does not run any of these "betting" sites or pages and as such is not responsible for anything associated with them. You will have to contact whoever runs the site.

but is it true that in betting prediction if ur bet win you can retrieve 50% of ur lost items from bet ?

As said, you will need to ask on the site you are placing the bets on. Not many use such a system so asking in the Steam forums won't get you any fast answer. Going to the 3rd party site and asking them is more likely to get you a quick and correct answer.
