Write cht_bEnableCheats=0 then restart the campaign and the message is gone.
The dev cheats will stay until you enter this command and restart. This command line MUST be typed in before starting the new campaign.
Like I said. Save and restart. It clears the developer console command.
I've never had to do the "cht_bEnableCheats=0" with my game, before the restart.
Saving is unnecessary and "restart" is imprecise. Restarting what exactly, the computer, the software Serious Sam, or the campaign? Please forget "save and restart".
The command line must be written before starting a new campaign. Only after these two steps the message disappeared.
Even reinstalling did not deactivate the cheat mode as I found out and mentioned on the top. Savegames, data and cheat mode survive if you dont delete them manually, somewhere. Writing the command line is far easier.
