Battlefield 2 strange audio files

i've been lately on BF2 audio files to get the "Enemy Boat Spotted" audio to set as my phone's notification sound,although i found audio files in German and French just like the Chinese,US and MEC but there isn't Germany or France on the original game,what could this be? did EA ever think about originally putting Germany and France on the game but didn't finish it?
