So ya.. it does seem to adjust to various people's region/time zone.
Soooooooooo.. basically, yes.. you have to hurry and use it! you only have a few days left before it expires. On the plus side... it is possible to get games during sales even cheaper than coupons sell them for.
If I use my regular internet browser to access my inventory, it uses the correct (for me) UK-locale dd/MM/yyyy arrangement.
If I use the Steam Client, it incorrectly uses the American MM/dd/yyyy arrangement - I can't see a way of getting the Steam Client to trigger the website to serve the correct arrangement either.
Steam so dumb, it won't even let me checkout because they've mucked the coupon time up.
