Coupon Expiration Date

Hello everyone, I have a question about the steam coupon expiration dates.
do they use an American (Month/Day/Year) or European (Day/Month/Year) system? i have a coupon that lasts until 11/6/2015 so i'd like to know if i have to hurry to use it.

I just looked at his coupon and it says "Valid until 6/11/2015, 2:59:00 AM" so it must adjust to your region, if it says for him 11/6/2015

Assuming it's the Apotheon coupon, for me it says (Valid until 6/10/2015, 11:59:00 PM)
So ya.. it does seem to adjust to various people's region/time zone.

Soooooooooo.. basically, yes.. you have to hurry and use it! you only have a few days left before it expires. On the plus side... it is possible to get games during sales even cheaper than coupons sell them for.

Actually, in my experience, it's both! Just to confuse and enrage us.

If I use my regular internet browser to access my inventory, it uses the correct (for me) UK-locale dd/MM/yyyy arrangement.

If I use the Steam Client, it incorrectly uses the American MM/dd/yyyy arrangement - I can't see a way of getting the Steam Client to trigger the website to serve the correct arrangement either.

What is happening when an coupon vaild untill ?

UK here, it's 4:05pm and coupons with expiry of 4pm are still in my inventory, I guess Valve aren't adjusting for daylight saving.

Steam so dumb, it won't even let me checkout because they've mucked the coupon time up.
