i purchese GTA V before 1 hour and the price (59.99 usd) its taken from my account i am still get messege Your purchase is still being processed, steam will notify you when the transaction has been completed. Help.

Check Your Library to see if the game is there.. Normally The Game immedietly Gets Added into your Library After You Purchase it. if it's not there however..Then you will have to wait.

its there in my library but i cant download or install it give me massege after i press install buttom ;Your purchase is still being processed, steam will notify you when the transaction has been completed

ala7lm, I've the exact same issue. Purchased GTA V about 1 hour and 30 min ago, still tells me the purchase is being processed.

Purchase GTA V late last night money has gone from my bank account but still getting the message : Your purchase is still being proccessed,steam will notify you when the transaction has been completed . I hope they aint just taking my money and not giving me the game

Don't cancel - wait and see if it goes through. If it fails or you cancel; your money will just be returned within 3-5 days whereas if you hold on; the transaction may go through.

It's typically within 24 hours.

Here's the other reason why it's better not to cancel if the money has been withdrawn:
