Red letter let me contact STEAM customer service, how can I contact, even my account login... This is what a ♥♥♥♥.

You need to contact Steam support if your account has been flagged for fraud.

Make a separate support account here: http://support.steampowered.com/

Mine says hijacked. A proof of ownership can restore it back but the waiting was like hell
