Just go to were Steam is installed then Steamapps/comman then look for the GTA V folder and transfer it with a Disk on key or on the load network to your bro to put it in his comman folder, and then he needs to download the game, it will find the files and skip them only downloading a few files that are needed and will cut on the download cost
I am saying just copy paste the folder of the game
1) Download it onto PC #1
2) Back it up onto a USB HDD using Steam Backup and Restore... from the Steam Menu in the top left.
3) Restore it onto PC #2.
This saves downloading it twice (or more if you have five PC's like me).
Note that you will require both Steam accounts to have purchased the game in order to do this.
Once that is all done, exit Steam Client and then backup the game from
\Steamapps\Common\ Grand Theft Auto V
Then put that GTAV folder into the folder \Steamapps\Common
on the other persons' system. Then on that system launch Steam Client > select GTAV from Library and click Install. Steam will check the game file contents to ensure its 100% intact, after which u should be able to click Play and launch the game.
