always getting banned after winning 2 comp

You can only play 2 ranked matches if your account is new or if you are unranked, I think.

Yup, you can play only 2 matches per day when you are unranked.

you need 10 wins

When you have won 10 games you will recive a rank and you will immediately be able to play ranked. I recomend you train on aiming and map knowledge during the cooldowns. Good luck! The first games is the most crutial for your rank.

Basically, the game had an issue with people who were cowards making smurf accounts instead of playing ranked against people who were actually at their level (this is common on F2P games, but when CS:GO goes on sale it's extremely cheap anyway). Limiting how many wins (but not losses) per day you could do cut down on this behavior.

It's annoying, but it won't last, so be patient.

So If ts 2 ranks per day. why am I at 7 wins? this will put me at 9 wins..meaning I have to wait another 21 hours..before I can actually begin playing

Isn't 2 games per day, it's 2 wins. If u lose, can continue playing.
