read a book/manual for steam? no thx

i liked steam in 2002, ALOT better then, there was not BLOAT of functions that is crap
i dont want to read a long manual book just to download games.

LEAST hat coul happen there will be basic minimal steam version alongside the useless fluff

There's no need for multiple posts. There's an edit button if you want to add something to your last post.

Also, you might want to specify which is this 'bloat' you dislike so much about. Broad statements are hard to consider.

You're covered already : Steam > Small mode, if I'm not mistaken, will only give you your list of games, and nothing more.

On the top right hand side of your library there are three view options: Detail View, List view and Grid View - unless you're in Big Picture. But then you wouldn't complain about "useless fluff" as this is a very basic version of Steam.
