Can you name a few?
Edit: This one? http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198029797016
The account you posted this thread on, is: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197999458670
They're different accounts, if you bought Black Ops II / Mafia 2 / Metro 2033 on the Steam Store, you should find a receipt of it in your e-mail containing the Steam account login-name. If you bought it as a physical retail copy, you can contact Steam Support with it as ownership proof.
First, resort to this: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4988-DHXV-7272
EDIT...I have actually went for over a year before also without logging into Steam but I only have one account and so all my games were there when I did finally log in so hope this helps.
I tried to search all my old emails for any references to any of the games but I couldn't find anything.
I am still a little confused how this could happen...how i could have two accounts with the same name.
I am guessing that other account is some how tied to an older email address...but none of the ones I tried came back with ever being used on Steam.
When I did a username search on talktolee it did send me an email to the correct email address...
If you don't know the account name nor the e-mail address it's tied to, I'd contact Steam Support.
Since you've bought the 2 games from Steam Store, you should apply it as a proof of ownership in your Steam Support ticket. For more information on Proof of Ownership: Resort to this support article: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2268-EAFZ-9762
Check your email for the receipts from when you purchased your games. It should contain the real account name.
I don't have any records to provide for proof of ownership...so I will what options are available from the support staff...
(Although I'd not be surprised if Mafia 2 was part of the GMG / Golden Joystick -offer.)
Sorry for being a dumbA$$ but I got this figured out. I logged into that account and got it squared away
