CS GO - I always get bad teammates

I always get bad teammates in my team, I am literally carriyng the team and I am the only one with more kills than deaths there can someone help me and does anyone else have this problem?

What rank are you? If you're close to ranking up then you might get people who just entered your rank.

This is what happens:

You win a few games and are close to ranking up. You join another game, and it's full of people your rank, but they aren't as close to ranking up as you (they haven't played as much), so they are worse. In order to be good at the game, you'll have to learn how to carry the team sometimes. If you can do it successfully, you'll rank up. If you can't, your team will fail and you'll loose some points.

I just ranked down to Gold Nova 1 because of this problem...

Yeah, I see how that can be very frustrating. Bad teammates aren't going to vanish, though. My suggestion is to figure out how to be able to survive while being able to PTO as the last person alive. Still use team communication and tactics, of course, but have a backup "lone wolf" plan in case things go south.

I always get teammates which arent even communicating, noone says nothing, I am saying go b rush and they all go a and mid

I'm going through the same problem. I'm even starting to hate the game. I was Master Guardian 1 and after I stopped playing with my friend during Summer I deranked to Gold Nova 2. There are awful people playing csgo nowadays. Almost half of the games I play my team gives up after losing the first 3 rounds and start asking other to kick. There are some people trying to enjoy the game but can't because of unhopeful bastard like those.
