CS:GO (Alt account can't play any official servers.)

Ok well this has been pissing me off for a bit now and im getting frustrated. I already sent a ticket to steam but apparently average response time is 7-10 days which is a little long before I can play a game that I bought. So I have two steam accounts I recently created a new one and purchased CS:GO on that account as well so both accounts have a full paid copy of CS:GO on them. On my new account this one I can launch CS:GO and connect to community servers but I cannot join any official servers such as casual or competitive servers. I always get the increase ping error which does not make sense cause on the other account it has the same ping filters and it can join any type of server casual competitive etc within 15 seconds. I'm completely stuck on this and cannot find any solutions to not being able to play games on my newer account. I already restarted my router and my download speed is 200mb/s and upload speed it 25mb/s if that means anything any help means a lot thank you.

Make sure your CS:GO is redeemed on your second account. I had a similar glitch before and figured out it was using the steam sharing which is why I could launch cs but couldn't play MM.

Guys i think i found a solution , don't judge me , try it and see how it goes...for me it worked.
Go to Steam-Settings-Family and (Authorize This Computer) button. Have the other account deselected. Feedback if worked for you...

I have this issue with my main account, I've won over 300 matches on the account but recently I can't find official matches on this account, I have 3 other alt accounts that all work just fine, but this account in particular doesn't work...

I have this same issue too, I Have csgo bought on my smurf, and I can't seem to play online. My main is de selected from the Authorise this computer thing.
