CS:GO Weird texture lag

Dear Steam community,
I finally tryed all the things to fix this problem.
Now it's time to ask professionals for help.

My specs:
GPU - NVDIA Asus GeForce 750ti 2gb
CPU - Intel Core i5-2500
Monitor - DELL U2312HM

The problem:

(take attention to the door as it lags, it's not only on dd2 at the door, but at all spots on all maps)

How much fps u have?

it goes for about 150-200 normally, but I put fps_max 60 because my monitor is 60hz. Yes, I tryed changing fps_max

Yeah i have kind of the same problem, Have you fixed it?

It's called screen tearing. It disappeared for me right now. I am on 1280x960 resolution.

hm, do you have multiple monitors connected? That caused the exact same problem for me. Even on same resolution and frequency.

Technically, it could also be a bad quality cable though.

Actually I think it was the cable. Becouse I ditched DVI for VGA.

Sorry, didn't see the thread was that old. Had a similar issue at work recently, also caused by a VGA cable. Don't know if those are generally less durable.

I don't get screen tearing in Left 4 dead / Counter-Strike source thoo, And i tried 120 hz screen with new cord
