You had another thread earlier about people sending you screenshots, right? I meant to reply earlier but did not have access to my laptop.

That one .scr file you opened infected your computer with something or it ran a script which gave the hijacker control of your account. Bottom line: Your computer is now compromised.

You should deauthorize all computers, clean out the infection somehow, and contact Steam Support to see if they can assist you. Also, for peace of mind, you should make sure nothing else was compromised like any sites where you use the same password.

ok, i will try to delete it, but there still is something fishy here
Please explain what you mean by "something fishy".

I don't see anything strange at all with your situation. People open random files other users send to them so often that being in your predicament has almost become normal.

Contact Steam support and tell them everything that happened. Try to refrain from capslock posts or "WTFs" they do not help anyone fix the problem. Report the account of the person who got the keys. Run a malware scan on your computer. Do not click links from people you do not know.
Always update antivirus and don't ever trust spam names.

but is there any chance of having a "good and safe life" at steam again? and that i get my goods?

This also happened to me earlier, thought it was just a regular img file. I've erased the .scr file and scanned my computer, changed passwords, but is it enough? I'm going paranoid over here.

Absolutely. Just be sure to make sure you completely eliminate the infection and secure your accounts. As for getting your items back, you'll have to take that up with Steam Support.

Let me answer that question with a question:

Your antivirus/malware/whatever you use to protect your computer was not good enough to stop the file from infecting your computer. What makes you think it's good enough to clean your computer after it's already infected?
