Sims 3 expansion packs not working

So I bought the Sims 3+Pets on steam and it was working fine but recently I bought the Late Night and Ambitions expansion packs and when i start the game they don't show up. Is there a way to fix this?

Right click on your copy of the Sims 3 in your steam library and click on library, then click on the DLC tab. Are they installed?

You'll also want to be sure they fully downloaded, so in Steam, under Library, click the option for "DOWNLOADS" and make sure the game isn't still updating. They won't be available until fully downloaded (and they can be big).

they are both definitely downloaded

Well Late night's stuff are in bridge port and ambitions is a kind of DLC you dont see it its about jobs
