allegedly i have 24 hours til i get banned?
a random discord account messaged me and said they accidentally reported me for making an illegal purchase. they said i had to contact a discord account named vivianli.appeal and i have 24 hours until my steam account gets permabanned. they included a screenshot of steam support that said the following things i just mentioned. (contact vivianli.appeal on discord and that i had 24 hours until i was permabanned). should i actually be worried or is this some kind of scam or something?

Your welcome.

As a precaution do all the following NOW.

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/

2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

3. Change passwords from a clean computer

4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

5. Revoke the API key at https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey (there should be NOTHING in the APIKEY)1

lol..the amount of discord scams i read on here..lol. STOP USING DISCORD if you do not recognize scans.

Discord probably doesn't care much about Steam scams either.

Most likely not. Anyways, there are enough scams on steam. Why do people use a third party launcher like discord to even add more scammers to help themself to your accounts?
