Giving Kid Account Authorization to New Purchase

I'm newer to Steam and created a new kid account that is connect to my Steam Family that was only given access to certain games in our family library when that account was created (I was guided through that process). I recently bought a new game and can't find a way to give that kid account access to the new game. I have looked everywhere in Steam, forums included, and even Google has failed me. Please help me out here, or more accurately, my kid.

What game? Not all games can be family shared.
