How to upload windows screenshots to steam

Hello,

I have an issue with uploading a screenshot to Steam.
I found a rare occurrence in a game I was playing, so I took a screenshot of it. But I accidentally took the screenshot with "win+prtsc" instead of "F12", before shutting off the game. I would like to upload it on my screenshots, but I couldn't find a way to make Steam recognise the picture as its own. What can I do to upload the non steam picture to my screenshots?

Upload them as artwork. I do that all the time

Is there any other way to specifically upload it on my screenshots? I upload these type of stuff specifically in my screenshots, and I don't want it to be the black sheep while every other one is in my screenshots. I'd like to keep them organised in one place.
