Where did you buy it?
where did you buy the code and if you bought a steam code, then you have to claim it on steam AKA steam code. But if you did claim it on steam, see if it appears on your purchase history.

I bought in G2A, was an activation for STEAM via ROCKSTAR LAUNCHER, code seemed to be succesfully redeemed but not showing on none of game libraries.

Contact the support of that site.
ok if you go to your username and then account details, then view licences and product key activation. Does it appear there?

If the key was for Steam you'd input it through Steam. If the key needed to be inputted through the Rockstar launcher, then it wouldn't be for Steam. What happens when you try to use the key on Steam?

If the key fails on Steam, but appears to have been redeemed by Rockstar on their launcher, then clearly that's an issue for Rockstar support.

If the key is bogus, then that's an issue for G2A.

Is mostly like u said: If the key fails on Steam, but appears to have been redeemed by Rockstar on their launcher, then clearly that's an issue for Rockstar support.
Still rockstars sends me to Steam because their key has been succefully redeemed in their platform so they tag it as an Steam issue, when is a both platform issue. Key was redeemed for STEAM VIA Rockstar Launcher.

That was likely a Rockstar code, not a Steam Code. You can't redeem a Steam Code through Rockstar's launcher.

That site is known for scams, btw. You are buying from other users, not G2A it's self. Think of it as the worst days of Ebay.

I suppose I don't know everything about everything. I'm just skeptical that you can redeem a key on either platform and it's bidirectional.

I'd be more apt to believe that the listing on G2A was misleading. And your claims to Rockstar support may have been confusing. If you involved Steam when Steam isn't actually a party, the Rockstar support can't do anything about Steam so rather than try to figure it out would just send you to Steam support. Steam support is going to be like "?? nothing to do with us, talk to Rockstar support." so you'll spend a while being pissed at either part for giving you the run around, ignoring that the problem isn't with either but possibly misleading or confusing claims made by the G2A listening neither Steam or Rockstar are responsible for or responsible to sort out.

But Rockstar sent you to Steam because you think Steam is involved. But you're interpreting that they sent you to Steam because they believe Steam is involved. I'm not sure that's the case. Now would be a good time to stop making assumptions and really be sure about activating games on Steam via Rockstar. That would clarify some details real quick. If the answer is no, or you can't find anything definitive, that kinda tells you the problem is with G2A.

If I'm wrong about some detail about keys being redeemed on Rockstar for Steam you can ignore me. If not, you need to consider that blindly trusting the listing on G2A and expecting either rockstar or steam support to resolve imaginary issues is just going to make things confusing and complex.

Codes for Rockstar games are usually only for the Rockstar client. They typically don't issue Steam keys.

this makes no sense at all, code was for steam to be activated via ROCKSTAR LAUNCHER, R* Launcher accepted the code, even in description after introducing it was like STEAM_KEY_GTA_V this was shown after introduce cd key in rockstar launcher. Thing is probably I didnt click in more after introducind the serial and cancel further, being the serial introduced locked to the account without being able to accept to be sent to STEAM.

I miss a step of verification after introducing serial and serial is forever lost? LMAO

If it doesn't make sense because you omitted details, whose fault is that?

What happens if you enter the key in Rockstar's launcher now? At any rate, if you entered the key in Rockstar's launcher they should have visibility into what's going on with that key. So talk to Rockstar support.

Key already was used. Still I will try to get to R* support, seems like every1 washing their hands. Probably is because ENHANCED AND LEGACY are 2 different versions and STEAM is not working with the old GTA V version, probably this should be the issue, not after entering a CD KEY on a platform a click redeem, i was not supposed to do nothing further, but maybe this is the issue.
