So,can I keep this account?
My laptop won't really let me insert gigabytes or graphics cards,so I'm currently saving money for a PC that can take gigabytes and graphics cards.I wanted to ask,can I keep this account if I remember the password and just move it to a better PC?

Your Steam account is not tied to the PC. You can use it on any PC that you want.

Do you really not understand how web based accounts work? Do you think you have to male new accounts for everything else too?

Maybe he doesn't and that's why he asked. It's OK to ask questions.

Thanks for being nice about it:)
Yes, any new pc or laptop you buy lets you use same password and account on newer pc or laptops. This can be done as many times as you want on newer pc's as long as you remember the account name and password. Also just a tip, but it is best to delete the older steam account from older pcs as security on them tend to get worse after their OS's is retired. But this is a personal choice for you OP, so i let you decide what to do.

One other tip. Make sure to install the steam client on the new pc, but also make sure to make a backup ISO of your OS on new pc's to backup the whole pc. This is prudent to keep your pc backup copy in case something goes bad on it.
