How to get rid of "Spacewar"

I literally never pirated any game and never did anything against steam rules and yet there it is, it just spawned in my library with no reason at all while I finished my daily session in a game I play for 200+ hours. And I cant unninstall this crap or remove from account, its just frozen on "Uninstaling"

So long as your not using it to pirate games, your fine.

Yea i learned that the henry stickman collection actually uses this for it's game, which is a legitimate game btw.

Some major GTA V and Counter Strike mods require Spacewar to utilise. If you play anything like those, then that's the reason.
