What are your system specs? And when you say you updated "everything" well obviously not your graphics card. So maybe provide some details on what you've done. And why you think that negates the issues with your hardware?
If that is the case, it maybe time for OP to refund it if they are in the time limit. Or they can keep it in their account until they can purchase a new pc.
