Second, keep flagging, reporting, whatever they've done. While you may not be seeing any action taken against them by Support doesn't mean it's not happening. It also establishes the timeline and creates a continuous papertrail for Support to follow and to support your case against them.
Lastly, the blocking function is meant to be a benefit to you, not as a punishment on them. The purpose is to hide them from you so you don't have to endure their shenanigans. Don't click to show hidden comments. Just move on.
These kinds of people require attention. If you give it to them, they'll never leave you alone.
If you look at the OP's post history, you might not necessarily be 'shocked' that they are not telling teh whole story
if you truly believe you are being harassed
you document it and take it to your local authorities and let them deal with it
not wanting someone to respond to you in a public forum is not going to do it
at least in my opinion
but i am not an officer or anything
maybe the police/da where you are will disagree
every time you make a thread like this they are smiling a little more
if they derail a thread or start arguments
report them and move on
