Not available to trade

Opened my account after 5 years but I can't trade I can send the trade offer but my friend gets an error saying I'm not available to trade . I checked my account it says I am ok to trade . Any tips I had messaged steam support also still waiting for the reply . I can access the community market and purchase there but I can't do trades .

Must have an purchase in steam store older than 7 days, but not older than a year in order to access the community market.

To trade with someone you need to send them your trade link or be friends on Steam for more than 3 days

I did have the 7 days cool down but it's over now. I can use the community market but the problem is I can't do trades directly to others.

Most likely by your long list of different names is you changed your name recently. This causes a cooldown on trading.

Maybe contact steam support? That's what they are for.

I clicked the trade link on your profile and it pulled up the trade screen. I would try an equal trade (spring cleaning emoticons), but that 15 hold since you aren't using the Steam app authenticator is a bit of a no deal. But everything worked up to that point.
