The unfortunate part about the new profile name change trading cooldown (4 hour cooldown every time you change your profile name) is that page (linked below) will only state, "we have confirmed your account is unable to trade" generic message. Leaving people wondering wtf is going on.

The error while you trade during this cooldown is error (34).
It took a while earlier last year to figure out Valve silently added the new cooldown.

They can still receive trade offers.
OP... do not use 3rd party skin sites. You'll only open yourself to be targeted for scams and account hijackers.
You keep changing your profile name.
The ONLY place you should be trading/buying/selling Steam items is on Steam.
You changed it to promote the skin site 3 hours before you made this thread.
You changed it again 2.5 hours ago.
If you don't want to be on another cooldown, don't change your name before you trade again.
