I try to sell my cases on cs go skins but i got response that i cannot receive trade offers how can i fix this?

Your account is still limited, you need to spend $5 on your account to be able to use all Steam features such as trades.

The unfortunate part about the new profile name change trading cooldown (4 hour cooldown every time you change your profile name) is that page (linked below) will only state, "we have confirmed your account is unable to trade" generic message. Leaving people wondering wtf is going on.

The error while you trade during this cooldown is error (34).

It took a while earlier last year to figure out Valve silently added the new cooldown.

You changed your name an hour ago. Wait up to 5 more hours. Do not change your name again, it would reset the cooldown.

OP... do not use 3rd party skin sites. You'll only open yourself to be targeted for scams and account hijackers.

The biggest issue is you are trying to use a KNOWN scam site to trade.
The ONLY place you should be trading/buying/selling Steam items is on Steam.

You changed it again 2.5 hours ago.

If you don't want to be on another cooldown, don't change your name before you trade again.
