Hello, after a very long time and fiddling around in the BIOS, I think I have finally managed to stabilize the processor.
My specs:
i7 14700kf
Gigabyte z790 aorus elite ax
RTX 4070
Patriot memory 7000mhz 32/44/44/96 2x16gb
Lexar SSD NM790 1TB
Windows 11 pro
Most were performed in the Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility, there are some options in the bios, which I will show below.
Overall, my undervoltage is -0.010. Yes, it's funny, but my silicon is terrible. I think that with normal silicon, you can even get to -0.100.
First, click start and enter "uac" in the search.
The "User Account Control Settings" window will appear.
There is a slider there, you need to move it to the bottom and click OK.

As you can see in the screenshots, not much has been changed in the bios. What's on the screens is what it's supposed to look like.
You create the BIOS this way, turn on the computer and run Intel(R) Extreme Tuning Utility, HWINFO, Cinebench R23 etc. and try lowering the voltage. Changed clocks to 5.4GHz.

Yea, the 14intel chip gen has that issue. Even intel tried to fix it with bios micro codes. Glad you found a solution to it.

Of course. I have the latest bios, but this microcode is garbage.
There are still voltage spikes, big ones at that.
So I somehow managed to do it manually and I hope it will be useful to many people.

I did not know the micro code was crap. Thanks for info. It makes me also think about if someone i know buys a new pc, i will warn them not to buy a 13 or 14 gen intel chip pc.
