Probably got scammed on discord. I notice many of your groups that you are in OP have links to discord. That is why i do not use discord,

1 - Scan for malware.
Run antivirus and malware scans to eliminate viruses, keyloggers, and other malware.

4 - Change your Steam account password, preferably from a known, safe device.
(Also, it's advised that you login to your email provider and change the email password there as well from a safe device as your email may have also been compromised.)
5 - Revoke API key(s). Make sure there's nothing in there.
