How long normaly I have to wait for the money that refund to me and its pending until I can use it?

After I refund and I want to buy some games before the sale ends and its ending today 10 am.
Is it possible that I can use it before the sale ends?

If it's wallet funds then it could take up to 7 days. Debit/credit card 1-3 days

Wallet funds usually take 24 hours after the refund is approved.

If it just got approved for refund, then normally it's after 24hrs at the moment it got approved.

If I remember right, you can see countdown from account detail page by hrs if within one day.

Doubtful unless you refunded before the transaction went out in the first place (normally either same day or at least before the wee hours of the morning).

If you have refunded that quick then it normally just reverts as the money never left in the first place.

Otherwise it depends on the banking system and your payment provider. With "proper" high street banks and debit cards this is around 3 working days (so of course days like New Years Day don't count as they're holidays).

Credit cards take 5-7 working days, and third party payment cards (like PaysafeCard for example) can take even longer.

The best bet for the future is to NEVER rely on this. Always try to either have enough funds to give a leeway or make sure that any refunds are not dependent on future purchases.
