Steam refund

I bought rust around week ago and played for less then two hours and because all the crashing and problems with it I requested refund
Today is 7 days passed for them to review my refund request and I didn't get any email or the refund

What can I do next ?

Make sure your request is still open and wait for a response.

All you can do is as they said above - check that it's still open and wait.

Remenber, the 14 days thing does NOT include any time you have waiting for the ticket to be seen.

Also remember it's sale time, so there are going to be LOADS of people requesting refunds so they are busy.
