Show NSFW and 18+ Ranked Content doesn't work

Hey, I have all the ticks under preference set and it still won't work. I restarted steam multiple times and even reinstalled it, but no help. Right now I have the problem for around 3 Years. Is there maybe a Age verification or something like that?

Thats Germany for us. We get censored visibility, no matter how old we are. Thank our government for it.
