Show NSFW and 18+ Ranked Content doesn't work
Hey, I have all the ticks under preference set and it still won't work. I restarted steam multiple times and even reinstalled it, but no help. Right now I have the problem for around 3 Years. Is there maybe a Age verification or something like that?

Because you are in Germany?

Since your country instituted verified ID requirements for viewing those materials, Valve has unfortunately had to delist them for German customers.

Thats Germany for us. We get censored visibility, no matter how old we are. Thank our government for it.
