Need help - keyboard issues

STRANGE things to report for an ongoing issue.

I run off an ASUS ROG laptop and 31.5" curved ASUS monitor. I've tried a wireless keyboard, wired keyboard and the Laptop keyboard; all with the same WASD issues. I hooked up an xBox game controller via USB and the game works (and walks) as it should. What in the world could be causing my keyboard issues in War Robots?

Hold the W key for a couple of seconds, let go and the robot keeps running and running and running. Doesn't stop. Then, it might just go one direction or the other, all by itself without pressing a key.

I downloaded another robots game and the keyboard works fine it it too.

I did. Not resolved. Might be a Steam issue as well....

This is an issue related to only that game. If you’re not getting any responses in the forum for that game, try contacting the developer.

If it was an issue with Steam, everyone would be affected regardless of the game.

I've had glitches in Steam but not like this. I guess the Help section of this forum isn't for help? Thought someone might have an idea as to a reason for the problem, regardless of what game.

Check the developer's website of the keyboard. See if they got a firmware update for it. Then email the developers for support. They can help you more than anyone on steam can.

That sounds like a windows "feature"... In accessibility options, turn off "Sticky keys"...

Also could be "button lag" on their keyboard. I have not experienced this myself on keyboards, but on controllers i have. Usually reconnecting my controller fixed it in the game i was having problems in, but not sure if it will work with the OP.
