User posting NSFW and offensive link's in a public chatroom.

Is this against the rules? Most of it was just porn but most of the people in the chat room left because of him spamming it. I was informed by some one else that he was posting links to ISIS videos and he admitted to me that he did that. I have and a few other's reported him and nothing has seemed to be done yet. Serious reply's please.

Yes. That is against Steam's rules.

Not sure who controls the reporting system, but If it is steam emplyees themselves, I recon they have it quite busy so it might take a while before anything is done.
