Is it possible to cancel a refund?

as the title says.. I bought bioshock triple pack yesterday and I had technical issues which i thought i couldn't resolve but I didn't expect it to be fixed right away but I already sent a refund and steam already refunded it to me and I did email them for a refund cancel but their responses are like bot responses

they haven't been reading my request? so is it possible for a reroll or a refund cancel? cause i think i did saw it in the refund email they email me to cancel this request click here.. but it all it does is it directs me to the submit a ticket link

I haven't refunded anything but I assume it opens a ticket like other steam support stuff, can u not close it?

it was at 85% sale yesterday so i only paid 9.99 for it but now its 22.60 already

Yes. Go back to where you asked for the refund. There should be an option to cancel it.

I went back to the steam support website and the refund page, there's no cancel button in it anymore because they already removed my license. But I was pretty sure I was able to click the link, on this photo i attached, on cancelling it so it directed me to the ticket support. I did email them before I got the refund email but the response they gave to me was the stuff i wrote above clearly they haven't been reading my request.

If they refund has already been approved, then that is it. You can rebuy it after you get the refund, but the time to cancel has past.

That's quite unfair when I was able to submit a ticket to cancel before they approved it because all they have been responding with the same message thrice which is about if you want a refund.
