Refund request denied

Need some help! I purchased the Destiny 2 final shape + annual pass for $99.99 i looked about 8 hours later and its on sale for $39.99. I tried requesting a partial refund but I only lets me request a full refund. It gets denied because I’ve played it for longer than 2 hours. I’m not asking for a full refund just a partial refund for the difference.

There are no partial refunds.

Refunds do not work that way. When you buy a packaged deal, you will not get a refund for a part of it. Also, the time limit is 2 hours or 2 weeks. Considering the total time for dlc's is also added to base game time, you are over the limit with 8 hours.

Try a manual refund request and it'll get viewed by a person rather then auto-decided on time/date factor. If approved, you'd just re-buy at sale price.

Choose 'I have a question about this purchase' rather than 'I would like a refund' and explain the situation there.
